Because we are "all-rounders" and not just book-keepers
we can help in a variety of ways. Firstly by looking at the
processes that are in place, be they administrative or financial,
and making recommendations where necessary to simplify them.
Our involvement from there is entirely up to you. We just want
to help you get to a position with good processes in place so
that you are able to be self-supporting if you want to be. We
can sort out the process, train your staff (or help you to recruit)
and then always be on hand in the background to advise. It will
be like having your own Financial Controller / Administrator
but on an ad hoc basis.
We prefer to work with a select few companies at a time so that
we can give them our undivided attention.
